A friend and I wanted to treat ourselves to a driving service for our day trip to Napa, and based on the Yelp reviews, Five Emerald stood out among the rest. The reservation process was seamless, and Tina was so patient and flexible with the couple of changes we made to our trip beforehand. Our driver was prompt, courteous, and exercised COVID safety.
